Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 August 2026

Flavour & Soul (“we”, “us”, “this site”) respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

  • Information you give us. Your name and email address when you leave a comment, subscribe to our emails, or send a message through the contact form.
  • Information collected automatically. Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and the approximate country you are browsing from.

We do not collect payment details or precise location data.

Cookies

Necessary cookies keep the site working. Functional, analytics and advertising cookies are used to remember preferences, understand how the site is used, and support advertising. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before setting analytics or advertising cookies, and you can change your choice at any time using the cookie preferences button on the site.

Who else receives data

We use third-party services that process limited data under their own privacy policies: Google Analytics, our email provider, affiliate networks, and advertising partners. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Comments stay until you ask us to remove them. Email subscriptions last until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept up to 24 months, analytics data for 14 months, and server logs for around 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to how it is used, or withdraw consent at any time. Depending on where you live, these rights may come from the GDPR, the California CCPA/CPRA, or India’s DPDP Act 2023. Email contact@flavourandsoul.com or use our contact form with “Privacy Request” in the subject line, and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
